I'm very disappointed with my experience at Rebel Donuts today. After ordering donuts and 2 coffees, we discovered the coffees were luke warm. I went back in to get hotter coffees and ended up speaking to the manager who, instead of making sure I got 2 hot coffees, blamed the cups, my tongue and assured me the coffees were all freshly made. Which they weren't. Those coffees sit in those pump pots and should be checked. Arguing with me shouldn't be an option. I was even schooled by her that, when you put cream in it gets cooler. I had one black and one with cream and I'm not a first time coffee drinker. I like the donuts but the horrible customer service will keep me away from this establishment.

My favorite. No waiting but fairly steady stream of customers. Staff friendly and had me in and out quickly. Not sure who likes the French Toast donut more, me or my cat.

All we want are two apple fritters on a Sunday morning. Often all we can get are Vegan fritters that taste like compressed wood with icing. They are awful. Yet, each week thats all they offer with seemingly no regard for the customers who are not Vegan. Im learning to make apple fritters myself and will never go back to Rebel Donuts.
