The two previous visits were a five star three years ago. I am now giving it a two star because I took my 12 year old daughter to have an exam and the doctor was much less personal and more in a hurry with no eye contact. When an assistant came in to show him something he used the word godd*** out loud And then apologized with no real concern. That might not be a big deal to others but it is to me and it was definitely a big deal to my daughter. Also when we were leaving the woman who was trying to sell me glasses went from friendly to irritated when I said everything was too expensive and what I would just like the prescription but no glasses at the moment. My copayment for an eye exam is $10 but somehow I was charged 50. All very unfortunate as this was not my experience the first couple of times we went. It seems after the Covid lockdown many businesses seem to care less about customers. We wont be returning.

Staff needs to improve their customer service and better communicate with patients. Dr consultation it was ok.

Vista Eye care is AWESOME! Dr Abert is very personalable! He really takes an interest in his patients! And Anthony, in the optical department is the very best! He has been working with me for a few years and knows just what I like! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

They text me for appointment reminders then you text back when you have arrived and they come get you at your vehicle. Their COVID protocol seems thorough. Dr Swenson is very nice and very knowledgeable. It can be a little scary dealing with eye issues and Vista does a great job in calming those potential fears.

This place is horrible.. I was a patient for 6 years, Im done getting ripped off and done dealing with these people who dont know what they are doing. But be warned their staff will call and harass you after hours using blocked numbers they apparently like to use patients personal information while drunk dialing.
