Some employees wear masks and some dont. I dont eat here anymore because of it. I rather York Bagel Cafe on 2nd Ave where they take COVID more seriously.

Update: The customer-facing staff (cashiers) appears to have ceased wearing masks entirely. Very disappointing. Review from 2021: Great bagels. VERY uneven mask usage among staff. While some employees wear masks, others and especially the owner (green arrow in pics) does not. I find my time in the store stressful and order online when I do get bagels because its unsafe!

Great bagels! Ordered take out here for the first time and the order was placed and delivered efficiently. I ordered a the B.E.L.T sandwich on an everything whole wheat bagel with lox cream cheese. It was delicious, but it was missing the lox cream cheese which I had also added to my order. BUT as amazing as the service was, the contacted me via phone and text to let me know it was not included with the order and that I will be refunded. Their decent prices and quality food and iced coffee (with almond milk and French vanilla) made it worth the 5 stars. The food was warm when it got here and they have so many options and customizable choices on their menu.
