Jessica, I'm sorry for your frustration. Our guests safety is a top priority for us. I came out early Saturday morning when I got your message and checked the drive and put out 5 pounds of ice melt. When you went out Saturday morning I went out and put an additional 30 pounds of ice melt on the driveway to your cabin and walked up and down it multiple times to test the traction. I let it set for a few hours and went back out at 1PM and backed down the driveway and was able to pull back up out of the drive with the vehicle in two wheel drive. I did notice the following morning that your vehicle was down beside the cabin not at the top of the hill. I'm sorry for the issues Saturday morning in trying to get out but to state that we did nothing is incorrect.

We stayed in cabin 2 over the weekend. I wish I could give them 5 stars, because the cabin itself was fantastic. It was spacious and clean, with everything you would need for the stay. It is located in the middle of the woods with a great view off the back porch. The downside of our stay was how they handled an issue that we had. The driveway down to the cabin is a hill and was nothing but a sheet of ice. George from the office ended up offering to call a tow truck for us, as we were stuck, but did not want to do anything to rectify the ice issue. He was more concerned about salt turning the driveway muddy than our ability to safely enter/exit or even walk from the car to the cabin without slipping. We eventually got out and had to park at the top of the hill to avoid becoming stuck again. I had asked George to clear a walking path down the hill to the cabin, which he never did. It made for a very frustrating situation. In response to George's response below, we backed down in the morning long enough to load our vehicle and it took us 20 minutes to get back up the icy hill. We didn't see you while loading or while we were trying to get out of there and at least one of us was outside the entire time our car was by the cabin. There were no signs of any ice melt/salt being placed, other than the little bit that was sprinkled when we were stuck the first time around. But please continue to make us feel like it is our fault that your driveway was icy and unsafe.

Absolutely incredible!! The cabins are great took my 4 year old daughter on a weekend getaway and be able to see some waterfalls . Ten mins away from the attractions at hocking . The provide more than enough in the cabins such at pots pans and bedding . Definitely going to be coming back and will suggest it to anyone !!

Very clean cabin and stocked with everything except paper towels! It was cozy and secluded which is what we wanted! The upstairs bedroom can get hot so theres two fans up there to help with that. It was a perfect weekend spot! When we walked in we could smell it was clean. Highly recommend! We stayed in Natures Bliss this past weekend.

The hosts are the most unreasonable human beings I've ever met. They refused to take us in when we were there to check -in. I paid the deposit to rent their pet friendly cabin and they use my dog who is a sweet golden retriever as an excuse. They took the rental agreement by force and threatened my friend that they will call the police. We are young girls doing our graduate studies and we haven't hurt anyone ever. We were forced to find another cabin for the same night stay after 4PM in hocking hills in where most area does not have the signal covered. We were lucky that after searching for two more hours we found a very good cottage. Don't risk your trip with them!
