Ive been practicing Bikram for nearly a year now, and have dropped in to many studios on the road. This is hands down the most ridiculously hot studio Ive ever attended. Instructor also turned out to be very unfriendly. If your class is packed to the gills its going to be exponentially hotter and you have to regulate the temp more carefully. My friend and I ended up leaving early which Ive never ever done because I felt like i would pass out, and Im guessing this ticked off the instructor because she was very rude as we walked out. Other than the free 2 hour parking Im very disappointed in my experience here.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would; ended up with severe 2nd degree burns and then had to deal with rude staff. I went for a cryotherapy session which I have had dozens of at other locations; noticed a strange blister on my leg afterwards. I nicely contacted the management to let them know in case there was something wrong with the machine - I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Instead of any apologies they accused me of not following proper safety guidelines, which I definitely did. The blister got worse so I went to my doctor and he said I was lucky that I came in because I have a very large severe 2nd degree burn. I then tried to reach out to the management to let them know the blister I received was indeed serious and now they will not respond to my emails. Go anywhere else.
