Location is good and the rent is cheap for being so close to campus but management is a nightmare. They hired all new management staff this year and it's been awful since then. I can't tell you how many packages have been lost by the staff, how many mistakes they've made from broken agreements to misinformation and giving a random person keys to my apartment at 9 AM "by mistake." It does get loud at times since it's right next to a hospital but it's not terrible at all. The units could use a remodeling for sure.

This apartment gave the worst experience of my life. If you love yourself or your family please do not choose this apartment. The management is rude, and doesn't care about your inconvenience once you sign the lease and move in. Moreover, the roof leaks whenever it rains. They shouldn't actually rent the apartment, especially in the second floor. Very damp and unhygienic!
