I just had the worst experience I've ever had in this store. It started out great. I walked in, one of the staff came over to help me right away, and that was where it went downhill. While he was helping me grab some games, he stepped away to help another customer and left me hanging. I thought to myself, he will be right back, but then proceed to help another customer, and then another, never bothering to come back to me. This wouldn't matter anywhere else, but their games are locked away in a cabinet, so I can't get them myself. I got so frustrated waiting for him to come back that I just left. That's horrible customer service. You don't leave a customer that you are in the middle of helping, and then ignore them after the fact. Even while I was being helped, the guy seemed like he was in a rush, and there was maybe 4 people in the store, including me. I will never come back to this store again. I have been coming here for years, every time I visit the LA area, and their service and prices have gotten worse each time. Their prices are worse than ebay on alot of things. I only come here because they do have a decent collection of older games. If you're looking to shop for older and retro games in the LA area, there are better choices these days, where you'll be treated better and your dollar will go further.

I used to by Turbografx 16 games from this place 24 years ago. Assuming the owner isn't dead, I could recommend it.
