Terrible, I ordered patches for a Letterman's jacket in early October 2017 it took until Early January before I got them. I ordered more patches November 1, 2018 and they still are not in(Jan.8). Both times I ordered I was told 3-4weeks. They can't tell me when they will be in & will not give a refund. They are unapologetic and could care less how long it will be. In the future I will take my money elsewhere. I would suggest you not use them for patches, unless 12-16 week wait is acceptable.
