5 Star exceeded our expectations! I need to give a special shout-out to a local business that works so hard with efficiency and accuracy! Anna and her team at 5 Star are absolutely amazing! I had two separate orders that I recently did with 5 Star, one I had requested in a timely manner and the other as a last-minute request that would have been completely understandable if it couldn't be completed because I didn't provide a reasonable time frame. Throughout both orders, Anna was in constant communication that I feel was exceptional! As the purchaser for my entire department, I work with a variety of vendors and none of them have been as quick to respond as Anna. It made me feel confident that our orders were not being forgotten about and Anna and her team were doing everything they could to ensure our orders would be done to our satisfaction and as soon as reasonably possible. Well, our expectations were completely exceeded because both orders were completed, especially my last-minute order because Anna and her team did all they could to make it happen and didn't give up. Each time I picked up our orders, I was greeted by staff and assisted out to my vehicle. Also, both the orders were very organized so it was effortless to confirm all items had been received. Continued consistency, exceeding expectations, and excellent customer service are why I would recommend 5 Star for anyone's embroidery or apparel needs. Thank you 5 Star!
