So honestly I heard great things about this place, the reviews looked amazing. However this was not the case. When I entered the store no one even spoke to me I had to ask for help, then the kid at the counter started drawing on a piece of paper while I was speaking to him. When I asked to see certain sizes I expected to get those sizes handed to me. Now granted I will take responsibility for not checking the size on the tag of the shirt first. I just assumed he handed me the right size and filled out my order. A week goes by and they can't even find my artwork order (my order is due in a couple days) they sent me the preview of the order form and there was several mistakes. They fixed that thankfully. Upon arriving to pick up my order the older man originally handed me the wrong order, then when I said I wanted to look at them he rolled his eyes and left to the back room. When I opened the bag the coloring of my letters was off, I asked for a light gold I got dark gold. Then as I was checking the sizes of the shirt I realized these were not the sizes he showed me so the sizes I got were way too big. They're closed the rest of the weekend before Christmas so no time for fixes. I HATE the shirts and I'm never going back. Terrible service.
I love going to happy times T shirts. Met Richard years ago in Claycomo now in liberty and I couldn't be any happier thanks happy time T shirts Employees!!. Your the best!!.
Joke of a place. wife took a shirt up to happy times to get daughters name put on back. Was told she would get a call when done. I told her don't wait just go back up there an hour before close. Wife was told they lost the shirt and the old man was an ass to my wife. He complained about how long the last name was and said our daughter needed a shorter last name. Another child of our wanted to get the eclipse shirts. There was a sign 3 for $36. Wife was charged 16 for 2 and 18 for the third. Then the old man complained of staying late having to make the shirt he lost. I bet the when the old place burnt done in claycomo it was an inside job. Hope they go out of business
