Very very terrible job Blamed customer for her mistake was given a logo to be stitched into towels was told by me n my father about the size 8in by 5in and got 1in by 3in went back the following day once received towels blamed me for the size stated messed communication and then when asked to be payed another $90 on top of it for her to fix in then when asked for refund we got no response... very very bad customer service but its okay we have a car club crew and we had more for her but now we will be going somewhere else for sure !!!

Brought in a custom order. Order was messed up, which is fine. I brought in more leather (I live 45 minutes away) and told it would be done asap. Almost 1 week later and still jobs being done before mine getting restarted. Second order completed and there was a miscommunication error from the very start. Second order turned out wrong as well:( just wanted to get this piece made, going on 3 weeks since I brought in the first piece. Now i have to get another piece of leather and find a new shop. Thanks anyways;/

This shop was great to work with. My daughter was in Orlando for a tournament and forgot her team tshirt at home in KY. I called and spoke to Dustin, sent him a picture of the shirt, and he was able to make a duplicate in about an hour for my wife to pickup. And it was cheaper than trying to overnight and her shirt. Quality is great and it matches the rest of the team. Thank you very much for going above and beyond to help!

Excellent embroidery service at a good price. I had 6 shirts made with different embroidery patterns and they came out great.

How should I start well I actually sold a embroidery machine Susan was selling if it was not for me susan would still have , but I made her 3k on the sale and was promised 100.00 for my work and when I to pick up my commission ,I was told I am not paying you. Good job Susan you showed real class as a shop ower .Glad I work else where best move I made . Beware of the screen printing they lack no knowledge in the art work to actully printing on shirts.
