It appears my attorney that is hearing impaired that has tried to call this business via relay service is not going to be able to obtain information on my behalf The staff claims they have a hearing impaired person that works there that can an explain how to accept relay call's but the company can not even figure out how to turn off call forwarding to a cell phone. I normally use local business for all services but it appears this company does not even take relay call's from hearing impaired person ( attorneys ) He is filing a ada accommodation access denied complaint with department of justice and he is suggested to me not to do business at this place of business.place does not help hearing impaired or speech Impediment persons Does not accept California relay call's They can't even turn off there call forwarding on there own phone at there business. Staff claims they will call people back but that's not true. My attorney is considering civil code action civil codes 51 and 52 3345 ( we use a attorney due to o the signs we needed must be in full compliance of the legal wording under California laws of the state.) So our attorney was going to communicate with the business to clarify that they can comply with the wording proper status of each sign because we are having signs that are required to have codes listed on signs) But apparently this company doesn't seem to understand even the basic requirements under federal law to assist people with disabilities as my attorney that is hearing and speech impaired every requires the California relay service.

We used copy net for our wedding programs and it was a great experience. They were very patient as we went through multiple proofs and their graphic designer fixed our designs as we waited. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and their service is the best.
