Dont expect to get much sleep here, especially if you work night shift. They have construction all morning long with no consideration whatsoever to the people who live here, and Im sure these new renovations will have rent shoot up. Also have had consistent roaches throughout my stay here. Pros: safe area on east campus, the people who rented to me were very nice and I havent had an issue with them. The construction aside i wouldve enjoyed my stay. I understand that the building was old and expected a few bugs here and there? But thank his construction is absolutely driving me crazy.

The construction right next to my apartment woke me up every morning also there was a vent labeled asbestos pointed straight at my window. Would not recommend

It was okay before campus and central properties management took over, well at least the management cared about the people and the service. The place itself is terrible. it look decent outside but inside is terrible. There were so many roaches that I lost a count of how many roaches I have killed and I have get rid of. Their shower water pressure is really weird. Nothing wrong with the pressure but there is a problem with the temperature. The moment you turn on the water, it gets really hot really fast with full on high pressure. I had to turn on the shower to the lowest pressure to take a shower. Even with a low-flow shower head, it was difficult to take a shower. Parking is also terrible. Someone just scratched my car and left. Its location and wood floor were the only things that were good. I would rather live in other places than here for the price. just not worth it.
