cameras/wait times not working - why?! went yesterday - line real long so I left. went earlier today - took over an hour of waiting in the sun and heat, even at 8:30 a.m. If you extend the hours to what they used to be and get enough employees who will work for you it might get better. There's also a lot of built-in time-wasting activity that could be improved if someone cared about good taxpayer service. GET THOSE CAMERAS WORKING at least. Come on already.
