My experience of this company is not good I'm an army veteran who through mates was put forwards for job here I was promised a guaranteed 100% start I sent 2 hours walking to here to make a good first impression which they were pleased with after a week of not returning my calls I get an email saying I'm unsuccessful I find it disgusting how they have treated me did not think as an ex service person I'd be treated like this Hartley botonics has gone down in my books now and I will not recommend them or there service to anyone especially ex military they say they there to help but their not
I obtained a brochure from them and saw that their products were very expensive. I therefore did not respond, but I continued to receive emails from them and actually received a further copy of the brochure in the mail. I clicked 'unsubscribe' on an email but that had no effect. I then emailed them to tell them to stop spamming me. Then one of their salesmen emailed me with an extremely irritating and impolite response. I am now wondering if I'll ever get rid of them. So be aware that, if you contact this company, you'll have quite a job shaking them off, and be prepared for offensive sales staff.
Superb glasshouses and superb company. Still providing outstanding customer service 10 years on (I needed to source some replacement door seals and they were very helpful). Love seeing and using my Hartley very day
Top quality greenhouse - expensive but worth it. A daily joy. Hartley were a pleasure to deal with.
