Sorry about the negative experience that you had with our company. We get a lot of inquiries daily and are currently understaffed so we have been a little behind the last few weeks. We typically do not give quotes for tile over the phone unless we come out to see the area and measure. Called the office a week ago to get a quote on tiling my back patio, spoke to Eric there, asked me the square footage and said "someone will call back later today or tomorrow" - still waiting. I guess they got all the work they want, appreciate the consideration.

I chose Alan's flooring because they had the best prices of 3 different companies in the area and the best reviews and they did not disappoint. I already knew which carpet I wanted and they were able to quote me accurately over email. They came out and actually came up with less square footage than the other companies, which means they were trying to overcharge. We had issues with the carpet padding that was used. In Alan's defense, its a well known padding company that they go with and we were just unlucky to receive one that was defective. There were hard lumps throughout my new carpet. Alan's worked with me to resolve this issue and ultimately paid extra out of their pocket to get me the carpet padding that they knew without a doubt would not have these problems. They sent out their employees to completely overhaul my carpet and install the new carpet padding. My carpets are amazing now and I wish every company was as easy to work with and dependable as Alan's. Don't hesitate to use them as opposed to other companies in the area.

Alan's Flooring replaced our bedroom carpets before the shelter-in-place order took place. They completed the work quickly. They cleaned and picked up everything. We were able to move all the bedroom furniture the same day. We were satisfied with the work!

Ghosted... They came out, spent an hour speaking with us. They told us they would have a quote in our hands by later that day or the next... a week later, still no quote in hand, we called and left a message asking for the quote. Never heard from them again.
