Never answer calls when we call them, I dont understand how theyre open if they never answer the phone calls for parts

Worst service ever I have never been discriminated or treated in such way and my car Is worst than when I brought it in. I will never come back nor will I recommend this dealership to any one. Its no way I bring my car in and you tell me that you diagnosed my car but cant tell parts are failing until they actually fail it defeats the purpose of a diagnostic and the high fee that comes with it. My car is currently still not fixed even after paying thousands and coming back multiple times within a two week to only find out that my car is still not fixed and they didnt want to take accountability and I will like to fill a complaint on the manager and the dealership as a whole Im not sure if this message come from or reaches corporate but I will like them to contact me and or will be contacting them.
