I was hoping that Dr. Ansari would show a little more concern for me and my medical issues than my last PCP, but, I had an 11AM appt, and arrived 20 minutes early. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Then waited in the exam room for ONE HOUR 55 MINUTES. Had bloodwork done last week, which showed my ferritin was very low. (I had iron deficiency anemia years ago and had to get infusions. This nurse said I was just 'fine.' I guess I am going to have to go back to NOVA to find medical competence. I am sooooo disappointed.) Having troublensleeping

Went to take my 8 month old Daughter in to be seen. There was only but a handful of patients waiting (5-6) who were there before we came in, none of which were called back from the time we got there to the time we decided to leave after waiting 2 hours. I made some calls to Spotsylvania Regional hospital and was told there was next to no wait time at the moment so we decided to leave. Upon leaving the front desk women were extremely rude to me and my wife saying If you go anywhere youll just wait longer and we have a room ready for you...youll be called back shortly. I said no maam its fine well go to the ER instead And she had the audacity to roll her eyes and give me a nasty look. We got to the ER and were immediately seen.

I always have a great experience with PUC. Dr. Ansari knows what he is doing but if Katie is working the front you will always get taken care of. She goes above and beyond to ensure your appointments or anything else you want, will fit your needs. I could go on and on and on how great they are. Thank you PUC, you all have been so good to me. I had another good experience here recently and Michelle who was working the front was exceptional, kind, and helpful. Thank you Michelle !!!

Staff was very nice and the doctor was knowledgeable. The wait was reasonable.

FYI, they claim to not accept Tricare Active Duty with a referral. How would tricare be able to write a referral to them if this was the case?!
