Hi Florian, What you claim in your review is not true. In situations of "acts of god" where the postal system is Austria itself is not currently processing mail it means that the package is still on it's way to you once the postal system in Austria resumes normal operations. I never claimed to not refund you because you are an international order. I can imagine you are upset but writing untrue complaints to hurt my company is not a way to resolve this situation. Order never arrived, refuses refund because "they never refund international orders". So they blame the customers for bad shipping.

Hey Kan, you're right. It's a terrible place to be after 15 years of striving to make such a great brand. To make a long story short I was forced to let go of my staff at the end of 2017 and have been trying to find off shore customer service solutions while I tighten the hatches on the business. For the past few years I've also been a single Dad with full time custody of my daughter. We are turning a corner finally and I want to earn your appreciation again. It's been one of the hardest periods of my life but I'm not giving up. I understand your frustration and am very sorry for the silence. Terrence 2020 UPDATE: Dynomighty has greatly improved our service and response to customer issues and are returning to the service and reputation that customers expect from us.

From the company that brought you a whopping D+ from the Better Business Bureau. How did they manage so low a score? You'll find customers talking about not just the lack of customer service, but the complete avoidance of any contact with customers. You'll find artists who Dynomighty has never paid, and again, refuses to establish any contact with them or make recompense. This company sells what could be a fairly good product, then burns every bridge to those who support and help make these -- customers and artists included.

I can't speak to shipping as I've usually ordered custom designs from third-parties, but I swear by my Dynomighty wallets. The first one given to me -- a "Money Kitty" design -- was my pared down wallet: a bit of cash, ID, and a couple essential credit cards. Thin and incredibly light, it was beaten around in my pocket or backpack for over a decade before it needed to be replaced. The Dynomighty wallets also make interesting gifts as you can find designs relevant to just about anyone. And the price is right!
