Terrible as a former employee, and as a customer. Most mismanaged business I have ever been a part of. Lots of powertripping going on for people that have no business making any kind of upper management decisions. Took on way too many new customers at once, but have a diminishing workforce. Makes for a very bad environment to work in, and the customers are suffering by being constantly short staffed.
