Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We really appreciate all feedback and learn a great deal from our visitors. We are sorry to hear you wouldnt recommend us. Whilst we are aware we arent the cheapest day out- we do feel we offer great value for money. Our latest research shows visitors stay in the Park for 5-6 hours, on average. For the cost of entry we offer the chance to get nose-to-nose with over 100 exotic animals, two large outdoor adventure play areas, our Get Wet! splash pad, the Amazon Adventure soft-play, our free spotter trail, the zoolympics trail, the Jurassic Jungle walk-through and unlimited rides on our family-friendly Hippopotobus, Flying Cheetahs, Rainforest Carousel, and our Safari Express train. There is also Mungos Adventure Maze and plenty of activities along the zoo route designed especially for curious minds of all ages. We re-invest heavily at Drusillas and are proud to be continually making improvements to the Park for the enjoyment of our visitors. This can be seen by our upcoming redeveloped Rainforest Adventure ride area which will be where Hello Kitty was. In the last six months we have, opened our state-of-the-art immersive play experience SPARK!, updated our Go Bananas! under 5s play area and opened a state of the art naturalistic enclosure for our mischievous coatis! We are disappointed you felt the food was over-priced. We often get very positive feedback about our food being good quality and value for money. We have options such as sandwiches from 4.45, a jacket potato with a filling of your choice and salad from 7.99 or soup and a roll for 3.95. We also offer pizza, sausages, nuggets or Macaroni Cheese bites with chips and beans for a child from 6.99, or a kids sandwich lunch bag for 5.99. We have a selection of cold food available including sandwiches made on-site and a selection of salads. Like attractions up and down the country, we are facing rising costs from food suppliers and whilst we endeavour to keep costs as low as we can, we do have to sometimes increase our prices. We do feel we offer good value for money with many options for visitors and generous portions. We also offer seating outdoors and under cover for visitors who may prefer to bring a packed lunch. Overpriced !! Overpriced !! Ridiculous price to get in, the food was bland and overpriced, not that many animals in there to Warrant the overpriced price to get in, I wouldnt recommend and definitely will not be coming back

Have loved drusillas since I was a child. Now have my own 4 year old and for the last 2 years have been annual members. Very reasonable membership prices in comparison to others! Worth driving the hour to get here! Always a great day out.

Regarding the paid-for extras, there are a couple of optional activities such as Penguin Plunge, Panning For Gold, Vertical Limit and SPARK which are extras, and face painting is also a separate cost. However, most people consider there is more than enough to do without the need to pay for extras they are simply on offer if wanted. We do try to make this as clear as we possibly can on our website, in our brochure and at the entrance gate before entry. We very much hope we will still welcome you back to the Park in the future. 99 for three of us plus extra inside for other slides and activities. Super busy. Just not the day out or value for money we were hoping for!!! Disappointing.
