My first pair of the swim shorts, I wore it literally to everywhere. Bought 2 more pairs earlier this year and the quality is bad. One of them had the seam burst after couple wears. The other one wore it twice and put away as cold weather approached. Took it out last week and wore it this morning. Imagine my embarassment when the zipper split half way walking to the mall. Am really disappointed. One might be coincidence but a couple can only mean 1 thing, poor quality.

Hi Malcolm, Glad you love our Basic's Collection. We have allot more Basics coming soon. You havent been able to reach us recently as we have moved. Google has got our new contact details and will soon update the contact number and email on Google Places. We have also got new website, so very old coupon numbers won't work on new website. I see that you purchased coupon in November 2011 on Yellow Pages coupon site, which is no longer operational as well. Coupons validity normally last for a maximum of a year. At the same time we are still happy to create a new code for that value. Until Google updates our details please email us with your current email to [email protected] and we will arrange another coupon 98 dollar value for you. If I recall correctly I did speak to you ages ago, and tried to call you back to give you the same information but had no luck reaching you on the phone number your provided and was hoping you would call back then. Great products but not so great with customer service. Ive got several pairs and love their 'basics' range. I was disappointed when I purchased two 'Yellow Pages' offer deals to redeem online. The vouchers didn't work on their site and after three calls to Mosmann to get it sorted, not even a call back. Shame how the lack of service can tarnish the product. In the end.. I just gave up.
