Cute store but awful customer service! The blond gals (especially the short one) just ignore customers who are not caucasian! I was in the store last Friday, and it was almost impossible to get their attention to ask a question. They wont greet you or make any eye contact with you. But, as soon as a blond customer walked in, they rushed towards her to chit chat and play with her dog! This is unacceptable in this day and age! SO disappointing and narrow minded!!! Ill take my business elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. I went in with my baby and stroller and immediately got eye rolls. Then while I was browsing a section I could hear how annoyed one employee was because she wanted to take a photo of that section. Truly unprofessional. Love Love Shack Fancy, but this location will not be getting my business ever again.

I love this shop, it's a must visit. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and well managed. The clothing is beautiful and well designed. I can't wait to go back.
