Ordered a custom ps4 controller early 2019. The design process took a week or so and WAR had very good communication with me to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted. I was shown an initial mock up design which I then asked for further changes. The final design was exactly what I had in mind. It was then built and sent to me within a month and a half which is good time for Australia to UK. The entire time I had emails with pictures showing what stage of development the controller was in. The price was also more than fair and all in all was a great experience, will be ordering again.

I ordered a custom Bloodborne PS4 controller from them and was not disappointed in the slightest. The controller was incredible looking! The best part however was the customer service. The person I emailed about the specific things that I wanted my controller to have was very helpful and did not seem to have any limits as to what he and his team could do. Then once the completed controller was being processed and shipped they continued to send me emails making sure the controller got to me ok and that I was ok with the final protect. For such high quality controllers that you can completely customize and very good customer service that guarantees a good protect the controllers are definitely reasonably priced and cheaper than most competitors.
