Owner is unfriendly.... If you don't like clients then don't own a business, a couple years ago the owner had layed his hands on my son for no reason, pushed/shoved him and told him to get out. He was on the phone with a friend thousands of miles away helping him buy a skimboard.... I almost pressed charges. Again, you may be assaulted if you call a friend while shopping there. There are other ways to purchase surf stuff and I'd say to avoid this place, over priced, cheaply made... And the staff is useless. Spend your money else ware

The lack of customer service was far more than disappointing and attentiveness of employees to customers was far less than satisfactory. Return policies are flawed as well as purchase policies and that makes it very hard to shop at this store
