If you buy their products trackside they are great. Currently waiting 3 weeks for an order online and I have gotten no help from customer service!! Do NOT order from their website!! ****UPDATE**** My order was created 4/29/21 and I have still not received my order. I was informed by USPS a shipping label was created a week ago today (5/28/21) and still no word. Customer service is still no help. Takes days for a reply and I get snarky answers with no information. Do NOT order online from this company!!

I agree with other reviews, purchasing from a vendor at a race it awesome but do NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!! I placed an order on October 27th. I knew it would take longer since it was customized, but I didnt receive it until December 14th! After about four weeks of waiting I tried contacting them for an update. I reached out to them three different ways and never received any communication from them. When the order finally arrived, it is the WRONG ONE! I have reached out to customer service in one last attempt to see how they will rectify the situation, but if past experience tells me anything, Im not very optimistic. Whats sad is, I love their clothing and planned to purchase more from them, but not now. Not unless they make this right. I dont plan on purchasing from them at races this year either if this is the type of service they provide. All I expected was some communication.
