We had fun but not having access to the green runs from two of the lifts, 5&6, for the young kids was disappointing. The rude brunette bartender who opened this Saturday and decided to wear her sunglasses for the first 4+ hours of her shift was a huge letdown. I hesitate to return specifically because of her. The blonde who came in around lunchtime was a breath of fresh air and super great; please give her the hours if she will take them! All other employees were also helpful and pleasant. A return trip is up in the air.

So happy to hear your daughter had the time of her life! I'm surprised to hear you say that about the rental equipment as all of it relatively new and all is serviceable. Chrissy at Homestead Lodge is a saint .. sweet as pie ... retired Kindergarten teacher.

Brought my daughter (first time snowboarder) here for her 12th birthday and she had the time of her life! That aside the equipment rentals appeared to be from the 80s and unserviceable, I got sick from the pulled pork sandwich (my daughter had a cheese burger, thank Allah) and workers were a lil on the grumpy side (expected w/ pay and inflation) except for the nice lady who served our hot chocolates at the homestead lodge who appeared to be a saint . The mountain represented itself well.
