Valuable lesson learned, go with a realtor that knows your neighborhood and can give you a better informed value. Agent offered several services that were never followed through on.

Petty, passive aggressive agents. Terribly unprofessional. Jason contacted me after I had tagged a property I was interested in. I explained that in the time that had elapsed, I had been contacted by a great deal of agents, set up interviews to speak with two to decide who I wanted to work with, and did not want to consider any more. I spent literally less than 2 minutes of his time. He continued emailing me trying to get me to look at properties with him. When that did not work, he sent me an email trying to convince me I was doing something illegal by interviewing more than one agent. When THAT didn't work, he passive-aggressively CC'ed me on emails to his colleagues about how I was "working over multiple agents," gossiping about me, etc. The whole thing was terribly ridiculous and sad. I don't understand how anyone could think behaving this way makes them more likely to gain a client. Be nicer and you might have better luck, eh?

Julie is top notch! The Steele Group hired a professional photographer to capture my home, it was absolutely beautiful. Not all real estate companies invest in photo shoots, it makes such a big difference when selling your home. I wouldn't use any other agent or real estate firm. These folks are the best of the best!
