Went to move in a friend. On the move in date LISTED ON HIS LEASE, the office was closed. No big deal, we should be able to have maintenance let us in or use the emergency contact number listed bc it is an emergency. We called, got ahold of maintenance, who contacted the property manager. They told us to get bent and to wait until tomorrow.
I've had issues with this company since before I signed the lease. Would not recommend moving into a community managed by sage ventures. Too expensive for what you get. They are understaffed and will rent you an unfinished unit just to get some extra money. Warning about their property Midtown at Camp Springs!!!*** Read the reviews!! Choose Aspire or Allure instead if you like the Camp Springs area. I signed a lease on the 6th after my original unit was unable to be occupied. And I still don't have a fully functioning apartment . The unit was dirty and wasn't ready to be leased. But they took my money of course. I'm still waiting in them to complete my bathroom. I've had to stay in a hotel twice and now I have to be gone another 24hours so they can reglaze this dirty bathroom they tried to stick me with. I can't even wash clothes because they have to fix the washing machine. And the kitchen faucet still needs to be replaced. I was mislead about pricing. I've been on the phone everyday since moving in with complaints. And when someone from corporate finally called me today, the response was they don't compensate residents and if I'm unhappy I can break the lease and pay 2 months rent to do so. I thought at the very least I would be compensated for my hotel stay. I paid for an apartment and had to stay elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience. I wished I would have knew all of this before I got into a lease with these people who are clearly just about money. They clearly don't care about the residents. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
Sage Ventures is the quintessential example of professionalism. The properties they manage look fantastic. They are quick to react to take care of any resident complaints, sparing nothing to make the residents happy. They genuinely care about the service they provide. Don't hesitate to rent from a Sage Ventures property
Although the unit we really wanted wasn't available. I was very pleased with Kayla's professionalism. She answered my wife and I 100 questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Worst management I've ever had to deal with!! I currently live at a Sage community and have had nothing but issues. Their website doesn't list a phone number for you to contact them and when you fill out the "contact me form" they ignore your requests. I filled it out 3 times with NO response. Apparently, hearing from their customers is not a priority. The manager at our property has ignored me time and time again and when I ask for the regional managers name I am given excuses " they will just refer back to me" and never given a name. It is abundantly clear that Sage does not care about its customers.
