Ordered 240 worth of workwear. They sent it out missing the Jacket and I had to ask them for weeks to get it. The embroidery quality is impressive which is why I have gave 2 stars not 1. I wouldn't trust them with big orders

I waited for over a month for items which never turned up. Communication was awful and the manager 'Rhys' who's ironically left himself a 5* review on here was incredibly rude and even though they were at fault wouldn't admit fault. I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. I had to go through the bank to get a refund as they were not interested. Shocking company (if you can call them a company) avoid.
