First barber I've been to in Kentucky. I was very upset and unsatisfied. Went for beard and hair and got butchered on both. Didn't get anything I asked for. He used clippers on the top of my head when I said to use scissors. He didn't blend the beard to my hair. Cut the beard to short, didn't even touch my mustache even though I asked for it and never even used a razor to shape the lines.
I've taken my young son here 3 times, and each visit has been progressively worse. It's difficult to articulate the level of rudeness that one of the barbers named Josh has exhibited on each of our visits. I only gave them a third chance because I (foolishly) believed that the poor service that we received the first 2 times had to have been an anomaly. I guess I was right, because the third visit was worse! When we walked in, Josh was sitting in one of the massage chairs with his shoes off, enjoying his massage, staring at his phone, and actively ignoring us, despite the fact that we were directly in his line of sight. When he finally decided that we were worthy of his attention, he made an overly-dramatic show of putting his shoes on, getting out of the chair and "greeting" us with enough annoyance to make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. If you're having a hard time visualizing how this scene may have looked, I urge you to take a look at their website. For some reason, about 5 pictures down, they've included a picture of Josh sitting in a (non-massage) chair, staring at his phone. The only thing missing from this picture is me standing in front of him with my bewildered 8 year old. From that point on, the haircut went as expected: minimal conversation and interaction, obvious annoyance from Josh, a quick and basic cut and no attempt at even feigning customer service. There won't be a 4th visit!
