Park, sorry for the inconvenience. Part of our message states that we operate on a 'first come first serve basis'...meaning we don't except reservations. That said, under these conditions we wouldn't keep ya waiting outside in the cold! Our hours have varied the last do to the cold so definitely follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates. Thanks yo

I've been calling to make a reservation, they won't answer. they just give automated message and then hang up. it's very cold so I wanted a reservation before I go out. If I go and get rejected, i will be very cold waiting outside for the bus to return and take me home.
Nicolas, thanks for coming in and offering feedback. Apologies on the lack of seasoning, user error. Our seasoning of choice is Johnny's, a local enough offering out of Seattle. As for the ketchup, you caught us with our pants down. We've been forced to go away from our trusted brands. Google ketchup shortage and you'll see what I'm talking. Thanks again and hope to see ya soon, Johnny Mac Owner

Frying experts - this place can deep fry with the best of them. The fried chicken sandwich was cooked well, the station fries were cooked through and crispy on the outside. Management, listen up: the fries had zero seasoning. A bit of seasoning could go a long way. Worse though, given the lack of flavor in the perfectly cooked fries, was the generic ketchup. If what they are offering is a vehicle for condiments then splurge for a good ketchup - Heinz or Portland, anything better than that bulk food ketchup stuff. Help make those fries great.
Waited 30 mins outside in the cold, finally got my burger and it was overcooked salty and taistless, the lettuce was so slimy i had to pick it off and the tomato was mush, frys were so soggy i choked, 3rd time this has happened here.. waist of money and time
