Worst customer service. 3 hours to get my screens loaded. Whoever was supposed to pass the order to will call was on the phone for nearly an hour, on what seemed to be a personal call. Tried to approach her twice and each time I got a finger telling me to wait.

McNichols is an awesome company. Their customer service is wonderful and the staff/management are always willing to work with you. If you need perforated metals, bar grating, etc. this is totally the place for you!!!

If you have delivery here you gonna loose all day. Our truck got there one day before appointment and they told to come back next day on 8am on appointment, driver said on and came back next day at 8am for delivery , they unload him from 8am to 2pm only half of the trailer. In picture you can see how there trailer looks at 2pm. I don't understand who is paying these people there to have lazy time all day. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU THERE.
