Just came in with a family of 4 to sit down. We are the only people in the place. We get served $80 worth of their food and we simply asked for soy sauce after we get the food cause we taste it is a little bland. Something that should be complimentary on every table in every Japanese restaurant in existence. Coming from Los Angeles we where looking for good food. Having to be at the airport in hours. The owner trying to charge a 11 year old kid for soy sauce for ramen! We where refunded our $80 and told to walk out cause we werent going to pay for soy sauce !!!!! Such a joke stay away. The owner is whiter then toilet paper. Down the block at Noodles and Co. you will find Soy Sauce on display for free by the loads!! Some type of owner you are to have to charge people for Soy Sauce after sitting down to enjoy their meal. This isnt good business and these practices will lead you to failure.
A fairly bland place that seems to me too be a ramen shop out of a box. The flavor (or lack of it) has a prepackaged taste to it, like the kind you get when everything is delivered in bags and all you have to do is heat it up. Its fine for folks that like noodles & co and chains alike, but if youre looking for real ramen, I suggest you find another spot.
First of all, this place should state that its a Craft Ramen place. Theres not much that is traditional here. We ordered what we thought was a pork bun, but a pork Bao was what was delivered. A little confusing for us, but we ate and werent impressed, the bao was massive and there was less than a teaspoon of pork inside. I ordered the chicken miso. The sliced chicken seemed frozen, but I could be wrong. The broth seemed a little off as well, it honestly just tasted like chicken stock, I could barely taste miso if there was any. We asked if they could make it spicy, and they couldnt. All they could charge us for was store bought chili oil. Lastly, the music was amazing lol. Great playlist of pop/rock/alt.
