I ordered something December 13th. NEVER received the item but they took money immediately. Its a SCAM do NOT order from them!!! I have reached out via email, Facebook, and phone AND customer service. Just a awful experience!! Very awful service too! Bette off paying higher prices...least you know you will get your stuff and NOT be scammed!! I will be filing a report with the police to get our money back being that NO one seems to have answers or can be contacted SO BEWARE the online ordering is a JOKE!!!!!!!!

Purchased 2 UVB 48" bulbs. Each one came in with both prongs bent in. They did not package them properly, and I could not use either bulb as the prongs were bent and would not go properly into the fixture. $50+ wasted.

When I got my two sweet cats, I bought what was essentially a cat starter kit from Pet Central. Its held up to multiple moves and two wild cats. Really impressive for bowls and a litter box.

BEWARE...DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order with Pet Central SEVERAL WEEKS AGO ... my credit card was charged BUT I'VE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER? I emailed them to find out (NO RESPONSE) and phoned more than once only to get a message machine on which I left messages to return my calls (NO RESPONSES).
