I had been working with another realtor at another firm who wasnt very responsive or helpful, so I switched to Raveis. Dan Burgio at Raveis introduced me to Gabrielle Logozzo, who turned out to be fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I wasnt familiar with the process and she took the time to explain everything time in detail. I put a lot of trust in her with the biggest purchase of my life and she didnt let me down. She gave honest opinions on the houses we saw but didnt push me one way or the other to select which house to make an offer on. After the inspection, Gabby went out of her way to help me get quotes for needed repairs and we ended up asking for a price reduction. I wasnt actually expecting to have my lower offer accepted in this market but it was! Gabby has a great combination of warmth and professionalism that made me feel at ease during the nerve-wracking home buying process. Id recommend her in a heartbeat.

Ginny Proft helped us find a home. We came to town for 4 days and I told her on the first day that my intention was to make an offer on a house before we left. This was also our first time in CT. She taught us all about the different towns, worked from early morning till late everyday with us-- we didn't even stop to eat! And we were very pleased with our purchase at the end.
