Beyond Pilates is an amazing space to expand your body and mind. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful and really care about the experience created and your well-being. The classes vary in working all parts of the body with breath work always at the focus. I hate working out, but look forward to the me-time dedicated at Beyond Pilates.

My entry point to Beyond was a fitness challenge. Because I enjoyed the experience so much, saw progress and was supported, I happily joined the studio to continue building a better body.

I started with Beyond at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon as a means to strengthen by back and core muscles. Roll forward 18 months, I'm stronger, leaner and have great muscle tone. The instructors at Beyond are phenomenal, very encouraging and helpful - they motivated me to stick with it and gave me modifications when I wasn't strong enough or able to do certain moves. The studio offers flexible scheduling mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, which is what I needed. I am so grateful to Beyond and all their staff for assisting me in getting healthy and physically fit!

I love BEYOND! They have two locations: one using the pilates box and HIIT workouts and the other location has the reformer. You get the best of both worlds with the ability to choose your instructors and flexible schedule. Everyone is friendly and each instructor has their own style so you learn who to go to for an advanced workout. Pilates has slimmed down my arms and thighs while strengthening my core. The studios are clean and lively with great music. If you're on the fence, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Ive been at Beyond Pilates for almost a year now and absolutely love it. The instructors are AWESOME and really challenge you. The workouts are different every time and I love they have so many options. There are also always modifications for all fitness levels, so if you havent worked out in a while dont be scared to start. If youre looking to get your nutrition in check, they have a fabulous nutritionist that really helps keep you on track. I couldnt recommend this studio more!!
