I am very truly sorry for what happened. Yes, you gave deposit 6 weeks ago, but at that time noone knew that the person that does car design will start feeling bad, week by week worst. Yes, he ended up in the hospital. Now awaithing yet another results. This is not regular flue, this is fight for life. I spoke with you and I told you that I do understand that you want to get yout deposit back with no problem. You were insisting that I should talk to the guy you spoke with, I dont understand why I should talk to the guy since I told you that you will get full deposit back. Since you were insisting, I told you that he should be in after 3, that I am here by my self and yes, that I may forget, I am just human. If designer does not call you I asked if you could call back. You said that you understand. Like I said, you can come to pick up your deposit, it will be fully refunded to you. I wish I could say "thank you for understanding" but I cannot, even though, over the phone you said that you understand. My apologies once more

I was promised to get design ideas in about two weeks after we paid a retainer, its been now six weeks and I was told that they didnt even start working on it. Every week when I called in for an update there was something else either they have a busy or they forgot or someone is in the hospital, it is very unprofessional. I called them back to get a refund and the lady said that I need to call them back after 3 PM about such a refund because as she said : she can forget about it.
