Everything is broken. The doors don't work and instead of fixing or replacing them. They blame on people trying to break in at night. I think this is a huge problem and I have reached out and the problem wasn't resolved. In fact I didn't even get a reply. The grills have not worked in a year. And there is trash EVERYWHERE. They only clean the areas that people will see on tours.

I lived there for 3 years and honestly, I wish I had found a different place to live after my first lease was up. Management was horrible, no one gave you a straight answer about anything, there was a lack of communication. The random assignment questionnaire that you can fill out to get placed with a roommate who is similar to you is probably not even used, talking from experience. They don't care about people who break the lease (for example, a roommate who has their boyfriend/girlfriend who is not on the lease cab live there and they don't care, again, talking from experience). Also, when it comes to resigning leases, they make you feel like you have to resign the week the release rates for that... when in reality you can wait till the spring to get a better deal. Not worth the money... I think there are a lot options for new apartments that have been built.

I have lived here just over a year and love it! Clean, courtyards are really nice, and office staff are wonderful! Very helpful with anything you need. Very little issues.
