Horrible experience all around. We were already preapproved from our credit Union and they wouldnt except that. So they pulled credit for their financing. The out the door amount was to be no more than 50k and then changed the amount $175 higher. While that may be minimal its not best practice to change it. We couldnt take the car home until everything went through. They had to bring the car to us 2 1/2 hours away that Monday and then wanted to wait because of the time. They promised to detail and of course when we got it - not detailed at all and sticker still in the front window. Now when trying to get the sticker off it has messed up the windshield. Reached out a couple days ago for them to make it good and crickets. They wont respond at all to make this good. While I do like my car I would not ever go to this dealership again

I am extremely frustrated with the service center at this location. They were not honest and they recommended services I didn't need just to make money. I believe being dishonest with customers is not a great way to get customers to return or recommend to family/friends. I purchased a BMW (not from this location) and brought it to BMW of Wesley Chapel for an inspection/issue exactly one week after I purchased the vehicle. They recommended an oil change, new air micro filter, flush brakes system, replace engine air filter, etc. All of these services were provided by the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. Even if there was no record of these services, when the technician decided to "inspect" my vehicle I'm sure they were able to tell that an oil change was recently performed and my air filters were brand new. I went back to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from, and they called BMW of Wesley Chapel to let them know they performed these services but this location did not want to offer a refund. It's unfortunate I cannot trust the service center that is closest to my home. I would much rather drive to Tampa to get my car serviced at a different BMW location and inconvenience myself instead of going back to this location. I have visited other BMW service centers and I have never experienced them offering services without either checking the vehicle or changing the recommendations once they have inspected the vehicle to know what services are actually needed. They were throwing out whatever service they could think of for me to pay for. Also, they didn't bother to wash the outside of my car and the inside (floor mats) were dirty from the technicians. I am extremely disappointed as this is not the service I've experienced in the past from BMW and it's certainly not the experience I expected.

I went to Wesley Chapel BMW for the first time. Dan Mccloy work with me in finding the right BMW to be my first BMW. He took time to understand what my needs were and showed me a variety of vehicles. Tomas and the finance manage Erin worked a great deal for me and I drove off with my brand new 330e series. I can't wait to make an in depth youtube video about this car and give another thanks to BMW of Wesley Chapel. If you want to get a BMW go to the pros!

We just purchased our X7 from Dan McCloy and had a great experience. Disappointing trip to service department yesterday. I had a 10:45am appointment. I requested that a fuel sensor that was previously ordered be installed and have the service alert on my vehicle checked. I waited for a few minutes in front of 2 advisors, neither of them acknowledged me until I alerted them to my presence! Their attitude was unprofessional at best. When my advisor checked on my car, he told me that the alert was actually for my brakes and was not for an oil change. I requested that he research the cost and let me know before fixing. After more than 4 hours I had to request that my vehicle be parked out front for me to pick up, Very, very disappointing service.
