Dear Anthony - You brought your car in on March 2, 2018. We lubricated your transfer case shift linkage in your 1997 Grand Cherokee, per your request for $105.40. On August 1, 2018, we installed a transfer case pivot kit in the same vehicle; we actually reduced 1/2 of the labor, after you complained about the cost on a 21 year old vehicle - this was notated on your invoice, and was about half of the signed repair order estimate that you signed when you dropped your vehicle off; you paid $348.61. We informed before you picked your vehicle up that the transfer case needed to be rebuilt - you declined the repair at that time. We have not seen or heard from you since you picked your vehicle up almost 10 months ago. We are sorry to hear you are having issues 10 months later, without any contact to us. Regards, Libson Twin City Auto

Tr tI paid 500 dollars and my truck was worse than i brought it in. The mechanics.strained the transfer case evidently driving at high speed in low gear. The price to get it out was double the amount of the estimate and it still was not fixed but they had to charge me????? Is there a state law they cant exceed 10 percent. They will get you. WARNING. The rasponse was not true. I had to oil the shifter and springs which where dry. I complained then but my truck was hostage. I should had made formal complaints then. I figured you would throw out the old car stament. Thats why i briught it there because i maintain it and its still running as a testament.. Good. Try . Ever heard of restoration.
Hello Mai - We most definitely guarantee all of our work, and we have for over 70 years. The issue above you are referencing was handled within our warranty. We do not, however, warranty customer-supplied parts. I do not show us quoting anything to someone with your name. Can you please give me more specifics - when this was and who you talked to? I would love to find out the circumstances behind this confusion, and see what went wrong. ~Trent for Libson Twin City Auto (612.521.3537 or [email protected])

Needed my rear differential repaired or replaced. Right off they told me they wouldnt warranty the work. Any shop that is worth their salt should stand behind their work. After reading another reviewer who needed to get his rear diff redone three times at this shop it all started to make sense why they wouldnt gurentee their work . If you go there, make sure they warranty the work for your own protection. Sadly, Im forced to take my business elsewhere.
