I may be a little biased since Ainsley is my sister, but Im writing this with my business owner hat on. To put it bluntly, my business would not be where it is today financially without the help of Cleanbooks for Creatives. I cant describe the weight taken off my shoulders knowing that my books and finances are in order because Ainsley is managing them. When I meet with my accountant when tax time comes, they are always in awe of how organized my books are! This turns what is typically hours of tax prep time for most small businesses into just an hour of plugging in numbers and signing forms. Having my books in order also allows me to check my current business finances at any moment knowing they are current and fully up to date. Ainsley also spends time not only organizing your books, but educating you on how to understand them so you can easily see where you should focus on growing and investing in your business and where you should save and cut back. That alone has been worth its weight in gold. She also doesnt use the same formula for every business, she gets to know you and your business personally so she can help recommend solutions that are tailored to you. Bottom line, when shes on board she is not just your bookkeeper, shes your business consultant and is fully invested in your business and brand.

If QuickBooks were a country, Ainsley would be the Queen. She recently stepped in to clean-up the mess (things like reconciling invoices, ensuring appropriate ledger associations etc) I had created by just thinking I could "set it and forget it" when it came to my QuickBooks. Ainsley is responsive, easy to work with, and takes a real interest in my success. I can't find enough words to say how much I value her partnership and recommend her to others!

I run a boutique real estate development and capital advisory firm. As we grow, our organizational structure is becoming more and more complicated, which means our bookkeeping has become more and more complicated. If you're even remotely thinking about working with a bookkeeper for your small business -- just do it. Having your accounts reconciled and up-to-date each month is a great feeling and frees up your time to focus on growing the business. Being able to pull accurate reports is extremely important -- for a potential biz sale, loan or grant application, tax season, etc. Ainsley is professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. I simply cannot imagine using anyone else to keep my books clean.
