None of the guys there know how to use any of the machines they have. I go there with 4 brand new tires to get mount and balanced and alignment. Get my car back go around the block and my wheel is at 2oclock while going straight when it should be at 12 o'clock..I turn right around and go back there telling them there is something wrong bc it wasn't like that before they touched my car. Then I get nothing but attitude about fixing their mistake. I had to make a scene to get the owner there bc they didn't want to fix it. Then he comes puts my wheel straight and re alignment the car. I leave again go home to look at my car bc I work on cars myself I just don't have the machines to do wheels or alignment as they are very expensive. The tire pressure was at 30 when it should be around 38-40 and my locking nuts on my tie rods aren't tightened causing the wheels to shake. I took the car to Monroe and had them redo the car the balance on the tires where off as well. I got beat for 170$. And will be calling dmv. They say they only take cash and give no receipt

Went to have alignment done and when I drove off realized that my steering wheel wasnt centered and car still wasnt aligned. Still pulling to right. Went back and they said that I had to pay again to have it done. Never again.
