So rude! I drove all the way from Baton Rouge to specifically come to the store in metairie to purchase items for christmas, I understand it is the weekend before christmas and super busy this time of year but when i asked a simple question the lack of customer service and seeming as if i was "stupid" I will not be back to this location, i have had awesome customer service at the french quarter store... I love everything fleurty girl stands for but the employees at this location seriously need training in customer service skills.
Lot of New Orleans/LA themed Merchandise. Was able to find what I was looking for. Forgot to ask,IF they Gift wrap Purchases,while checking out. Able to get in,out quickly!
The amazing staff was able to quickly put together a last-minute Christmas gift bag collection for our Department. Friendly throughout the whole process, even despite the throng of last-minute shoppers that had descended on the store. Job well done!

The cashiers were not friendly. No one greeted or even acknowledged that I was there. I stood in line to pay and two women were complaining about who was going to check me out. I am sorry I didn't just put my items back.
