I ordered a jersey to support my church and even called and walked Chris through what I wanted printed on the back. I received a call stating that my jersey would not be ready with the initial batch of orders but would be ready after 1/30/18 for pick up at the church. Left work early on 2/2, waited 45 minutes while jerseys were being folded/sorted just to be informed that my jersey could not be found. So, the leader over the program calls Chris and asked what happened and he speaks to her briefly and then she hands me the phone. He was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal and proceeded to say oh it was not printed. I asked could he print it before Sunday, because the event was on Sunday during church service. He said, "No, we are closed." I asked him at what point did know the jersey was not going to be printed and he could not answer. I asked why did I get a call stating it would be ready after 1/30; he could not answer. Go elsewhere!!! This engagement was a total waste of my time and gas and as a consumer, I feel like they had already got a bulk of their money and could care less about one person not receiving their jersey.

If you want an awesome customer experience and a product that is well-made, then come to SRI and ask for Chris H. He went way above and beyond to ensure that our Christmas present was completed on time. He also made several attempts to call, e-mail, and text me to let me know that they were closing early for the holiday. I was so busy that I did not see the message until almost 5 when they closed at 3. The owner graciously opened the doors and waited for me until I got there at 5:10. She greeted me with a warm smile and a Merry Christmas. This type of experience was a breath of fresh air in a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much.

I got one of their hoodies be cause i volunteer with Operation Liberty Hill. The quality of the hoodie is the best i have ever had. Not sure what the difference in the material is but it is awesome. Worth every penny i paid for it. The softest too. Thanks
