Jake, i actually heard about this incident yesterday and watched the camera. Not only were you rude when our guy said he had appointments all day but you called one of our employees fat. So thanks for going out of your way to write a review. Your a customer we will pass on. i can assure you it will not hurt our business. Hopefully you do not run your business like that as well. Needed 60 shirts for my business right down the street. apparently my moneys no good - the moment I walked in they immediately shuffled us out with no interest in our business. We are neighbors in a larger space. Too bad they didnt even give us literature or anything to seal the deal or even set an appointment. This was after an employee told us to come on in. First impressions definitely matter, and I guess they didnt even want an appointment with us. Wasnt even offered.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN FOR MY CAR CLUB VEST THAT I TOOK IN!!!!! THE FRONT WAS WRONG, COLOR WAS WRONG AND THE CLUB LOGO WAS IN THE WRONG SPOT. THE WORK LOOKED UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHABBY. THEN THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD THE NERVE TO LIE ABOUT ALL OF THE MISTAKES HE MADE BY SAYING THATS WHAT I ORDERED. HE ALSO FORGOT TO PUT MY LOGO ON THE FRONT OF THE VEST AS WELL AND WAS VERY RUDE. HE CAME ACROSS AS RACIST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR THESE PEOPLE TO EVEN PRINT UP A SHIRT FOR A DOG!!!!!

Would not recommend for large/varied orders or anything other than a basic T-shirt. Owner is nice. Shop is not organized, Printing requirements not clear, Terrible at scheduling. Did not even get to the printing phase because I was displeased.
