I have worked at this building for over 6 years. Recently the building was purchased and fully renovated by George Oliver and I can't gush enough over the improvements. The building was fine before, it was beautiful in it's own right, with a very Spanish architecture feel, but certainly wasn't anything worth writing home about. but now... oh.my.goodness... NOW, I be writing home about this place. It's BEAUTIFUL. It's a very modern design while maintaining the Spanish architectural feel. Walking in, you're greeted with the scent of Westin White Tea (possibly my favorite little detail of the place). The detail of the interior design and decorating alone is enough to melt over. but don't melt yet, because we haven't even talked amenities! This building now houses a Kaleidoscope juice bar. They have an incredible and healthy variety of juices, foods & treats and the staff is 100% top notch - grade A- customer service - super rad employees. There's a yoga studio. There's a fitness center (including those ridiculously awesome peloton bikes). There's a food truck cantina. There's a dog park. (oh, did I mention it's a dog friendly environment?) There's a co-working space. There is an app for tenants to utilize for amenities access and perks. This isn't even close to an exhaustive list of the incredible things this building has to offer. To top off my list of favorite things about this place is the onsite concierge. She is extremely helpful, friendly, and very reliable. Our operations as a tenant have run quite a bit smoother thanks to her. She is a rockstar!

Awesome and clean office! We have had a few different offices in the past and this one makes you want to come to work every day! Great work environment and everyone is so friendly! Highly recommended
