Hey Blitz, your statement about "trying to get in touch with the owner...but they clearly don't care," is dishonest. You only recently made us aware of these problems - two months after service was done - we contacted you a few days ago, and we're in the process of figuring out everything that happened with your bike back in March. We'd appreciate any review after we've had a chance to even look into this.

Brought my bike in for some simple upgrades. The good news is that they came in on time and on budget. But the bad news, is that they broke the fender, spilt brake fluid all over the new air scoop discoloring it, and left the rear brake pedal detached. When you pick it up and point out to the guy "hey, you broke this..." they reply "well, that's the way you brought it in." Right, because the week-old air scoop clearly would have already been damaged? I am trying to get in touch with the owner to see if he'll make it right by paying to replace the parts his guys broke, since they clearly don't care. Edit: It has been nearly a month since I've reached out to get in touch with the owner. I was originally told by his sales team that he was on vacation, and he'll get back to me soon. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I haven't heard anything back yet... I feel like they're ignoring me because they do not like this candid review; oh well.
I was hoping to get some preferential treatment for being a good customer, nope. I purchased 2 new bikes within 2 years from them. I was cruising in the area and was hoping to get an inspection. I was told I had to make an appointment, mechanics can't stop for it. I did mention the bikes to the woman at the counter, still, appointment. Asked for Mike (the owner) he's not in. Maybe I'm old fashion thinking that I spent 30k there and was hoping to get squeezed in. I hit up MotoZ on the way back, the owner Jeff was working on a Aprilia shop was packed, he stopped to inspect my bike not to mention gave me a missing nut for my bike I would've had to special order (no charge for the nut) that's customer service! I never review but it just left me salty. Mike at Kustom always seemed fair too bad his policies and employees don't share it.
Thank you so much James ! We appreciate the review very much and pleased you had a good experience. Now get out there and ride !!!

I bought a 2020 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 from them. They ran a promotion to get rid of last year's models and I jumped on it. After my old bike gave me trouble and bit the dust, I wanted to go to a dealer and get an affordable yet reliable bike. I wasn't familiar with Royal Enfield so before going in, I used all of my skills from procrastinating in college to research the company and motorcycles in and out before going in. They confirmed all I found, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with my choices. These guys are great! They're easy to talk to, fun, informative, and not aggressive when it comes to sales. Working in sales, I appreciated the whole process. Anyways, long story short, they have a bike for you, and they'll make the process enjoyable and easy.
First of all, my shop does not care about anyone's Political preferences. Anyone can wear anything political they want in the shop. Second, she had multiple calls she was handling. And we don't let any customers put up bikes on center stands for safety reasons. No matter how long they have been riding for. When you were asked to stop you walked out with an attitude before anyone could have helped you. Patience and understanding would have been appreciated. Especially with us having to run at minimal staff due to Covid regulations. If you would like to try again, I would be more than happy to make sure I am at the shop when you come in.

Drove my dad over 4 hours to check out a Royal Enfield with intentions of purchasing one. Girl in showroom greeted us. We were checking out the various models sitting on them and looking them over. No one asked if we had questions or needed help. The bike we narrowed in on had a center stand as a cool feature and I wanted to see how hard it was to get the bike up on it. The girl behind the counter didnt like this and rudely asked me to stop. Ive been riding for over 15 years and know how to handle a bike. I told her if I dropped it I would buy it on the spot. After a nasty look we decided to leave. She acted totally complacent that she lost in a sale and treated a customer like this. What a joke. I was wearing a political hat and wonder if this had something to do with my poor experience. What a shame as I really liked the bike. Dont waste your time. Go to a Honda or Kawasaki dealer that will treat you right. Shame on you.
