I have to give their customer service a one star because they canceled our visit 90 mins before we were scheduled to be there on March 28th because the tunnel was down and not working. They said they could reschedule for Thursday but we can't as we both have to work. My fiancé and I both took yesterday off for his birthday and this was something he was looking forward to yesterday. I asked if they could honor the price we paid (Monday) for the weekend as we can't take another day off and they said no. All they could do is refund what I paid. I would have greatly appreciated it if they could have honored what I paid for the weekend seeing it was not our fault & we were already in Atlanta as we live 60 miles away and didn't want to be late. Great customer service goes a long way and I don't believe we were the recipient of this.

Terrible customer service.They placed me on hold for more than 15mins after picking up because they were attending to customers. What am I?They didnt have the courtesy to check back.
