Mr. Gruber is a wonderful and excellent person and attorney, he is professional and informative. He really takes the time to explain and make sure you understand what your case is about, and your options going forward. Matt Gruber is as smart as he is thorough. I'm not speaking from observation, I'm speaking from experience. We co-counseled a case with Matt, and he was a go-getter from the start. The case we handled together involved 10+ parties fighting through complex domestic, international, business, real estate, guardianship and family matters and it resulted in our client prevailing. Not only were we successful in our outcome, but we were able to save our clients hundreds of thousand of dollars in saved litigation costs. There are quite a few probate law firms in Miami. There aren't many good ones - you must absolutely deal with sharp lawyers that understand that every sentence in your estate planning documents have severe future consequences.
